MAKEIT.REAL is operated by Nytto Labs in Sweden. The builder is designed to minimize data collection. The quick DROP color tool processes a selected screenshot or photo locally in your browser and only extracts a small color palette; that quick tool does not upload the image.
If you add photos inside the Creative Studio, they stay on your device while you edit. If you continue to a physical checkout, the photos needed to reproduce the approved design are normalized in your browser and uploaded to a private Supabase Storage bucket. The corresponding artifact record and private photo assets are configured with a 30-day expiry window. Production rendering accesses those files through short-lived signed URLs rather than public image URLs.
When you purchase a physical product, payment and checkout information is processed by Stripe. Delivery details required to fulfil an order may be passed through our server-side fulfilment flow to the relevant manufacturing or print-on-demand provider. Providers receive only the information and production assets needed to manufacture or deliver the order.
For the Founding Creator Drop, Stripe also collects the creator or brand handle, product idea and optionally an approximate audience size. We use this information and the checkout email to review the requested concept, contact you about the service and prepare the agreed launch/feasibility work.
Living artifact links can contain a capability token that lets the holder reopen that artifact. Do not share an artifact link publicly if the underlying photos or text are private. Artifact links can also contain text, dates, statistics, route geometry and visual settings you chose to include.
